DDS CLASS UPDATED

20.3.12 

Lab practical is cancelled. it will be replaced with - Discussion I with respective supervisor (the PGs)  on Lit. Rev  (3-4pm).

23.3.12  

Discussion on Lit Rev, II (1135-1235). 

UG will write Lit.Rev : Minimum of 5 pages (font size 11, double spacing, times new roman) need to be submitted to respective supervisor after semester break. deadline of submission: 2.4.12.

Lab session/hands on shall be started on the 4th of April (2-4pm). Please see attached file for the exact schedule. tq

1) Waktu bertolak

Isnin 19 Mac 2012, kite akn bertolak kol 9, lps klas Dr. Noordin.

Bas 1 : Group 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 13, 14

Bas 2 : Group  9, 10, 11, 12, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19

      2) Aktiviti yang akan dijalankan

    

           Health Screening

10.30 a.m – 1.30 p.m : Health Screening

Check glucose, blood pressure and BMI

Total hours: 3 hours jadi setiap 1 jam akan ade 19 orang yang akan jage bahagian health screening secare bergilir, 19 orang nie di pilih daripada setiap group.

*Jadual sape yang kene wat health screening bleh tengok kat jadual kat bawah (ATAS ARAHAN MADAM ROHANI)

Case summary

Pada mase yang same, remaining group members akan buat case summary

Setiap group akan dapat 1 case note, dan kite kene salin maklumat yang diperlukan

dalam case profile form yang diberikan pada setiap group.

                3) HMR

     2.30p.m – 4.30 p.m: Pergi rumah patient utk HMR

      

    Untuk HMR total ade 3 visit

         1st visit: 19th March 2012 (Monday)

         2nd visit: 21st April 2012 (Saturday)

         3rd visit: 12th May 2012 (Saturday)

*2nd and 3rd visit kite sume g skali naek bas, jadi mase visit nati gtau patient awal2 utk 2nd and 3rd visit tu, mtk patient kosongkn due tarikh tu. In case patient x free salah satu o due2 tarikh tu gtau Mdm. Rohani.
